  • Group settings are great motivators to kick it in gear with other inspired participants who are serious about their health. So come attend a series of group classes that are creatively structured to enhance strength, balance, endurance and increase flexibility improving overall health, confidence and everyday life performance.    
     

Class Description.....................................

 

  • Monday & Friday: 6am & 7am

everydayathlete Strength Training

》Beginning with isotonic warm up, progressing into a core activation routine. Class will lead into a series of low/ medium impact multifunctional exercises engineered to reinforce flexibility, coordination, strength and balance. 

 

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 6am & 7am

everydayathlete Metabolic Training

》After my signature dynamic warm up routine. we'll circuit through a high intensity medium/high impact interval training class,  that will boost your metabolism and accelerate your (EOC).

 

  • Wednesday: 6am & 7am

everyayathlete Strength (Core Circuit Training)

》Using a sequence of core Stability, Strength and Power exercises. This circuit training class is systematically designed to improve overall movement throughout the human body.
